Routine appointments are available each day by telephoning at 8.30am. Routine appointments can be booked up to six weeks in advance.
Urgent cases will be seen on the day but not necessarily with a doctor of your choice. Please only ask for an emergency appointment when you have a problem that really cannot wait.
Appointments are very valuable so if you cannot attend please call us or cancel the appointment via the website.
THE APPOINTMENT LINE IS OPEN FROM 8.30AM UNTIL 12.30, AND THEN FROM 2.30PM UNTIL 6PM.
If requesting a home visit, ring (01905) 26086 (option 1) before 10.30am. Home visits take up more of a doctor’s time than a consultation in surgery - so if you are mobile please come to the surgery to be seen.
A doctor or nurse may phone you back as it may be that your problem can be dealt with by telephone advice, or that it would be more appropriate to send a nurse, or indeed arrange a hospital attendance.
House visits are only available for patients who are housebound because of illness or disability.
Please remember that several patients can be seen in the practice in the time that it takes to make one home visit. There are also better facilities for examining and treating patients at the surgery.
You can now book appointments online please ask at Reception for details or go to
www.patient.co.uk and choose 'patient access' on the top left hand side of the screen to register.
To cancel appointments this can be done either by telephone on 01905 26086, via the online booking system or by replying to your text message reminder service.
The practice is due to start texting patients if they need to see a doctor/nurse or need investigations. If you do not want to receive text messages please contact the surgery on 26086.
In addition to the practice's normal opening hours, and additional surgery opening times, you can also book an appointment to see a local clinician in the evenings or on Saturday and Sunday at locations across South Worcestershire. GP practices are working together to provide extended access appointments to our patients. This means that your extended access appointment may be with a different GP, nurse or based in a different location or practice that you are used to, and some of these appointments are telephone only.
These appointments are pre-bookable by contacting the surgery during our opening times - when calling please ask for extended access appointment and our receptionists will help you to find a convenient appointment.
